Overview

Synexaconnect ("Synexa," "we," "us,") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Synexa website and application, how we use it, and the choices you have. Synexaconnect is a DBA of ConnectNow LLC.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and business-related details you provide (such as business name, industry, and phone number).
• Information you submit through forms. When you contact us, request a demo, apply for a job or the affiliate program, or submit a support ticket, we collect the information you provide in that form (such as your name, email, phone number, business name, and message or attachments).
• Usage information. Information about how you use the Synexa service, such as your saved contacts, workflows, and call history, so the service can function for you and your team.
• Website analytics information. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect standard website analytics, such as pages viewed, time spent on pages, traffic source, approximate geographic region, device and browser type, and similar engagement data. See "Cookies and Web Analytics" below.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details; Stripe handles payment information as described in Stripe's Privacy Policy.

How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Synexa service
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To respond to your inquiries, support requests, and applications
• To measure website traffic and engagement (only with your consent, through Google Analytics)
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse

Cookies and Web Analytics

We use a minimal, consent-based cookie setup. We do not use advertising, remarketing, or social media tracking cookies.

Essential cookies and storage. These are required for core website functionality, security, authentication, and necessary preferences (such as remembering your saved theme and login session). Essential cookies cannot be turned off because the site cannot function without them.

Google Analytics 4 (non-essential). We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"), to measure website traffic, page views, traffic sources, engagement, and the devices and browsers visitors use. Google is a third party that may receive information collected through the analytics service. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. These analytics cookies are not written unless you consent.

Consent by default. We use Google Consent Mode, and your consent state for analytics starts as denied. No Google Analytics cookies are set until you accept analytics through our cookie banner or enable it in Cookie Settings. When you consent, Google Analytics operates normally; if you reject or later disable analytics, analytics cookies are not used. You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer.

Third-Party Services

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website and service:

• Google — website analytics (Google Analytics, only with your consent, as described above) and font loading (Google Fonts).
• Stripe — payment processing on our checkout pages.
• Base44 — application hosting, file storage, and authentication infrastructure.
• Twilio — telephony services that power Synexa calls (phone numbers, call routing).

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above, with others in your organization as part of providing the service, and when required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse. Your cookie consent preference is stored locally in your browser and persists until you clear it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

• Manage analytics cookies any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser
• Access, update, or delete your account information, or request deletion of your account
• Contact us (see below) with privacy requests or questions

Children's Privacy

Synexa is a business service and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this document shows the current version's effective date. Material changes will be published as a new version.
